One of our first goals when working with a new client is to develop an understanding of the organization we are working with and its culture. From there, we draft a position specification for the opening and develop a search strategy to identify qualified candidates. As we identify candidates, we conduct interviews to define strengths and areas of improvement. We stay in touch with our clients, providing progress reports on the search, making sure to present only the most qualified candidates. Corporate Plus conducts thorough reference and background checks on successful candidates, along with helping clients with preparing offers for candidates. After the search is completed, we continue to have ongoing follow-up with the successful candidates and the client to make sure both parties are satisfied.
Our fee schedules are derived on a retainer or contingency basis. We also offer a combination of both fee methods.
Retainer Fee Basis:
Our services can be retained on an exclusive contractual basis. The retainer fee is an individually negotiated contract tailored to the specific needs and requirements of your company.
Contingency Fee Basis:
The fee for services is earned if the employer or any of its affiliates, as a result of our efforts, hires the candidate directly or indirectly within one year of the referral. A placement made on a contingency basis will be guaranteed for a period of 30 days.
All fees are payable within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of employment.
